To ensure sufficient time for public access and Board review, all final application materials must be submitted to the Planning Board Secretary at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled meeting.
Any revisions or additional materials requested by the Planning Board, Code Enforcement Officer, Engineering Consultant(s), or other reviewing professional must be submitted no later than 10 calendar days prior to the meeting in order for the matter to remain eligible for consideration on that month’s agenda. Materials submitted after these deadlines may be deferred to the following month’s meeting.
